This Refund Policy applies to all services provided through MMJCardMD. Please read this policy carefully before booking an appointment or making a payment.

Consultation Fees

Our platform charges fees for connecting patients with independent, state-licensed physicians for medical marijuana evaluations. These fees cover the cost of the telehealth consultation service.

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • You cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation
  • A technical issue on our end prevents your consultation from taking place
  • The physician is unavailable and we cannot reschedule within a reasonable time

Partial Refund

A partial refund may be considered if:

  • You cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation
  • The consultation was significantly shorter than expected due to circumstances beyond your control

No Refund

Refunds are generally not provided if:

  • The consultation was completed as scheduled
  • You were not approved by the physician (the consultation still occurred)
  • You provided inaccurate information that affected your evaluation
  • You did not attend your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@mmjcardmd.com within 7 days of your consultation. Please include your name, appointment date, and the reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

State Registration Fees

MMJCardMD does not collect or control state registration fees. Any fees paid directly to your state's medical marijuana program are subject to that state's refund policies, which are outside our control.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
